1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at contact@bakedecor.com with images of the damaged product and order details within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can still initiate a return after receiving the item.
